Special NOTES:

The Secretary is the Secretary General (Statement of Information for State of California Form SI-100).

4.3.1. Secretary’s election
(1) To be elected as Secretary a candidate shall be a Representative of a Romanian Organization, or a Platinum Member, in both situations carrying a USA citizenship.
(2) The Secretary is elected for a four-year’s term through the secret vote of the General Assembly.
(3) There are no term limits for his or her re-election.

4.3.2. Secretary’s attributions and duties
(1) The Secretary carries out the decision of the President and of Board of Directors.
(2) The Secretary provides the logistic activities.

4.3.3. Secretary’s instruments
4.3.3.1. Communication / Press and Public Relation Group

To receive, transmit and keep the evidence of the external correspondence.

To transmit official documents and communiqués to mass media and to international or governmental agencies or institutions.

4.3.3.2. Logistic Group

To maintain the members database (fees, addresses, general information).

To organize General Assemblies, symposiums, conferences, international meetings.
